There’s something truly magical about motherhood — the quiet moments, the endless cuddles, the laughter, the mess, the chaos… and the love that weaves it all together. As a photographer, there are few things more rewarding than freezing these fleeting moments in time. Which is exactly why I decided to create, and host a Motherhood Mini Session this year that is simple and beautiful - just nature, light, and love.
Whether you're a new mom, a seasoned one, or somewhere in between, these sessions are designed to celebrate you — your story, your strength, and the sweet, everyday beauty of your connection with your children.
What Is a Motherhood Mini Session?
A Motherhood Mini is a short, sweet photography session — just 10 minutes — focused entirely on capturing the essence of motherhood.
What to Expect
It’s all about ease and comfort - You don’t need to worry about your kids “behaving” — the goal is to capture genuine connection, not perfection. Whether that’s a snuggle, a laugh, or a spontaneous dance party, those unscripted moments often become the most cherished.
I'll guide you gently through the session, offering prompts that encourage natural interactions, so even camera-shy moms feel relaxed and beautiful.
Styling Tips for Your Session
I always recommend soft, neutral tones and textures — think cozy knits, flowing dresses, linen rompers, or barefoot in the grass. Light colors photograph beautifully and allow the emotions and expressions to shine.
